食譜速記

1. 紅豆湯 : 先泡水一晚, 煮熟前不加糖, 可以加紫米更棒
2. 烤馬鈴薯: 水煮半熟, 淋上橄欖油與香草料(咖哩粉另有風味),灑海鹽入烤箱烤到金黃
3. 義大利麵: 加鹽煮麵, 混合無鹽奶油與起司, 洋蔥末+肉醬罐頭+番茄糊
4. 乾煎雞肉: 蒜末, 蛋+麵粉, 雞肉先醃一晚, 裹粉小火雙面煎至微焦, 檸檬提味
5. 花椰菜: 鹽+雞粉+熱水燙, 灑香油
4. 祖母蛋捲: 蘑菇+青菜+洋蔥炒熟, 打蛋+少許牛奶包住材料, 可加起司
