Pealla 西班牙海鮮飯
6 pers: 6cups of rice, 6 craydifh, 300 gr. prawns, 12 mussels, 300 gr. squid, 300 gr. goodsefish, 1 onion, 1/3. oil, salt, saffron, 100 gr. peas, 250 gr. red pepper.
Sauté the tomato, onion and pepper in the paella dish.Add the squid and goosefish. Add the rice. Add 13 cups of water. When it begins to boil, Add the mussels, peas, salt and saffron. Leave to boil for 10m. And add the prawns and crayfish. Boil for another 5m and leave to rest for 5m more covered. Decorate with lemon.

加入雞肉和墨魚大火快炒五分熟拿出...
放入生米與雞湯(雞湯塊泡熱水)分次加入攪拌...
上次帶回原產番紅花香料很珍貴一包加入...
大約至米6分熟放入紅黃椒綠豆雞肉墨魚蝦子淡菜...
8分熟關火讓米有點Q比較好吃...加蓋悶個5分鐘...
上桌前灑些黑胡椒擠個2顆檸檬提出海鮮美味...
